My Nimrod is attacking my opponent's Blob (with Unstable Molecules). Unstable Molecules is KO'd and Blob has a 12 DEF. Can I respond by adding a team attack with a Mark II Sentinel? Or do you have to declare team attacks at the start of attacking?

Also, same scenario, but can I respond by playing Team Tactics and exhausting the Mark II Sentinel? I'm just adding another effect on the chain.

Link 1: Nimrod attacks Blob
Link 2: KO Unstable Molecules
Link 3: Team Tactics (Mark II is exhausted)

When it resolves, Blob would be stunned, right?

No, you cannot add another character as a team attack after you've declared your attacker and defender.

Yes... you can use Team Tactics to pump up your Nimrod and stun the Blob.
