TO kits have been mailed out and UDE is opening sanctioning for VS starting on May 3rd.

I guess from what Alex had posted, limited sanctioning was available to other TOs prior to this date.

Hopefully this means we will see the Comp Rules soon.

I'm playing in a Sactioned tounyment tonight. This is the 3rd week in a row we have had a Sanctioned tounament. We just need to get some more people showing up. ;-)

Well... I hope someone like you was judging because we've learned quite a bit about Rules of Combat since 3 weeks ago.

I'm going to be in a tourney deadzone because the only guy that can issue UDE Memeber numbers in my area only plays YGO and says that Marvel "Is a waste of time and money and nobody should play it"

So he isn't giving out numbers to anyone so they can try to run games.

He is paranoid people will take his YGO players from him.

That is so annoying when people are so short sighted. Sure some people may stop playing YGO, but even more will play marvel because they will be attacted to the storyline.

So then I told him that I was going to play YGO but he wouldn't allow me because he knew I would just play once for the number then try to become a Judge for Marvel.

Guy is a total Psycho. Though something is wrong when a 27 year old man needs to play a game with 12-16 year olds everyday.

wow, is there anything you can do about folks like that? seems to me like upperdeck wouldn't approve of this kind of behavior from a judge.

Hey Drex that's not cool of that dude but you shouldn't judge him like that either. I play YGO and I'm 29 and most of my friends play as well. We just like the game itself. It was something different and that was enough for us to get into it. Good luck with the Marvel thing though...

No I'm not saying its bad he play YGO when he is as old as he is.

Its the fact that he obsesses with the 12-16 year old group he plays with is what I was talking about. Next to him the next oldest person is 16.

Its just kind of creepy. Maybe you have to see it for it to make sense.

I am going to be holding a sanctioned tournament on May 2nd in Bullet Proof comics on Nostrand. We are expecting a big turn out. If many adult players show up we will have a late night tournament.
