Well the San Antonio PCQ is over, I had alot of fun at it since it was my first big VS tournament. The sealed has about 23 people in it, I went 2-1 and dropped not realizing that there would only be 9 people left and was figuring my chances would be better in the constructed. They tried to let me back into sealed but the program they used was saying that I would have to take a loss to get back in so I didn't risk it. For the constructed we had about 20 people in it. Aside from a bad ruling on lost city, that cost my friend the match, the judging was really good. I started out slow at 0-2 but then went on a 3 win streak to make top 8. Then I lost :( . I was playing a lost/avalon b-hood and lost to Fantatibeats deck. My friend (Showdown) made it to top 4 with a sentinal deck  Hopefully someone else that was there can get the top 8 deck list posted. Now that I have been to one, I will be better prepared for the next one. Looking forward to Waco!
From what I saw on another thread, the head judge ruled that if you relocate a Lost City and have one already in play you get +6/+6 for Power Ups instead of +3/+3.
You can have two lost cities, but it will not do you any good. The relevent rule is...
513.5b If two modifiers try to replace the same event, the player who would be affected by the event chooses how to order the replacement modifiers.
Basically you have two replacement modifers trying to modify the same thing. They will each try to replace the +1/+1 with +3/+3. The first one will reaplce the +1/+1 with +3/+3 and the second one will replace the +3/+3 with +3/+3.
I think Locke was at this one, there was a judge named Tay. I did not get a chance to ask him though. Which is why I am surprised that a judge ruled it that way, I wish my friend would of asked me when it happened so the whole situation could have been avoided. I am looking forward to Waco, hope to see ya there Fatalsync :)
Locke told me he would be the head judge at both Waco PCQs.
You should _always_ call the head judge over when you don't agree with a judges ruling. Of course, if it is the head judge making the bad call you're screwed.
What I'm going to do is print out Net Rep clarifications and for any cards I think might have questions, like Lost City, and bring them with me.
