I'm failing to see where I can register online at the UDE tournament section. Do I have to enter a tournament as a player to get the registration card?

"Players can receive their new 9-digit number by participating in any UDE sanctioned tournament, including the UDE Mall Tour, any level of our Premier Event Programs, or by visiting a hobby store that participates in any of our OP programs. "
