I recently was given a warning about a post I started where I was looking to see if anyone would play me online. I was told that there was a list and I shouldn't "spam" the site looking for someone. Well I have seen that list and how am I suppossed to contact these people... one at a time? I'm very confused about the entire situation, but what I'm most upset about is the fact that I was "warned" instead of just being talked to in the first place. If a moderater had just wrote to me explaining the situation and treated me like an adult then I wouldn't have a problem, but to warn me (when I sincerely wasn't trying to do any harm to anyone) as if I was a bad guy and I needed to be punished is just unacceptable. I've spent alot of money on this game already and I just couldn't find anyone to play at that moment near me so I thought if it were possible I would try online. Is that a crime? Should I be made to feel bad for liking a game they're selling to me? Unless I'm starting a fight or writting profanity and inappropriate things I don't think a warning is necessary. If a moderater simply wrote me explaining the situation then I would do everything in my power to follow the guidlines. I will note that events such as these do affect my buying habbits and how I look upon a company. I think that I will also be writting Upper Deck Customer Service about this and see how they feel. I've heard alot of people have luck in this fashion. Thank you all for taking the time to hear me out and sorry if I bothered anyone. - lastchance
What do you think a warning is for? It is to let you know you are doing something wrong. They didn't even give you a 1 point waroning on your account, so if you had not said anything, no one would have known you had gotten a warning.
Also, what could UDE possibly do if you contact them? They do not own this site, nor have any affliliation with it.
In any case, I hope you recover from your brused ego and just enjoy the game.
Come now.. Don't you think your overreacting just a little? You posted something in the wrong place, It was deleted, You suffered no warning points. You were then told the correct place to post it.
And you were soooo upset over such a little thing, that you had to post a topic about it, and threaten to write UDE about a site that isn't under there control.
You claim to be an adult in this matter? Someones in denial..

First of all, VSRealms.com is not offically affliated with UDE and we don't sell UDE products. So, I'm not sure how their customer service department would be able to help you. We are simply a fan site dedicated to building a strong community of VS players.
Second, the contact list contains a list of people who might be available to play. If you add your info to the list, people can contact you and ask if you are available to play. You can also add all of those people to your AIM buddy list and contact them asking if they can play when they are online.
There is no "lobby" in Apprentice, this is the best way we have currently to find available players. I play several games per night, so the list is working. We don't allow "temporary" posts like "please contacting me if you want to play games now!".
If you have any other questions about finding someone to play with online, I would be happy to help. You can contact me via PM or AIM.
