Okay, I'm a NewB playing with a Syndicate deck. Any thoughts on Sinister Salvo? I'm of the old Magic mentality that 3 direct damage is cool, but also giving all my characters range is kinda cool.
wrong card, AND you're horribly wrong with Sinister Choice, it's a great card. As for Salvo, its primary ability is meh, exhausting for 3 damage isn't really anything spectacular. But giving every range is sweet.
Seriously. Exhaust Vulture to do 3 direct. Now your whole team has range.
Slap some jetpacks on Venom, he can hang in Support and attack anything he wants on the board. Or Kraven, Kraven loves hunting with a Jetpack and a salvopistol.
And there's that little card called Cover Fire that would keep any SinSyn char alive if Salvo's in play.
Range with the syndicate is a huge bonus. only the goblin and electro have range- all others are sitting in the front. even better if you get it early!
:o i was wrong .. sinister salvo is the card that gives all char of the syndicate to have flight,well then this card is so-so since the doc oc could kill the front rows .. :cheeky:
Salvo gives RANGE, not Flight. Which is fine for the SinSyn, since the deck comes with those gorgeous Jetpacks. Plus you can combo the range with other cards from Origins to make SinSyn an interesting team.
