i've heard that The Demon will be a Gotham Knight, so Swamp Thing doesn't strike me as too far fetched as a Bat-Boy. Unaffiliated would be fine too. heck, they could put him in the League of Assassins for all i care, as long as i got a Swamp Thing out of the deal(well, i might say something then...)

You are not the only person that would want that card. He was one of the only Hero Clix from DC that I even used. But if they did make that card. It would have to be played in a unique way. Now I know it would never happen. But here it goes.
He would cost 7.
And would have some text saying that He can attack as if he had flying and range.
And the next text blurb would say: If Swamp thing goes to the KO pile he can be played from the KO pile as if from hand for a cost of 8.If played from KO pile +1/+1
