I was reading the text of Trigon today and it says when he comes into play move all locations to his resource row. now my question is would you then take over your opponents locations and if they were in there resource row would that lower there resouce points?

Actually, Trigon steals locations at the start of the combat phase.
That's an important difference as it means he does this every turn he is in play and only after the build phase.
As for resource points, your opponent(s) will gain the use of their location on the turn they played it as well as garnering a resource point for it.
But after that, Trigon will yank the new location.
Obviously, this means retarding your opponent's resource development.
Yes. When you move locations/characters to your front row, support row, or resource row, you will gain control of those locations/characters. This would lower their number of resources, but notice Trigon doesn't trigger to move the locations until the beginning of combat.
Soo..If I am not mistaken, after the Recovery phase is completed, and you start a new turn.., you GAIN all of your opponents resouces points...so that means instead of 9, you will have 18 lol...Recriut Apocylypse and Dark Phoenix for the "WIN MORE" Strategy lol...

Trigon steals locations at the start of the combat phase, not all your opponent's resources at the start of the turn.
