Hi:
I just started reading the rule book of Vs and Im interested in playing this trading card game. Im pretty much ready to play but before a spend my money on a starter deck and/or busters, can anyone give me any advise about the game regarding to building a tornament-decent deck? And expecially, can anyone tell me what should I buy (which busters or starter decks) or even if I should buy anything right now?
Buy a starter. I'd recommend the Vs. Marvel Starter as it's the most straightforward and will give you the basis of making a tournament worthy deck. Find a friend to play with and use the two decks that come with the starter. Then start buying boosters and try to build a deck with what you start with.
If you want to right dive in the deep end…
Buy a box. It could be Marvel or DC. You'll get mostly enough cards to begin a few decks. It'll also give you enough trading fodder to get the cards you need.
With either path you take, make sure you read up the strategy threads here. There's enough here to follow any team path you prefer.
If you go ebay, Marvel and DC 1/e boxes go from 65-70$. If you want unlimited Marvel, it can be from 57-62$.
Packs go for 3.50-3.99$, starters for 9.99$.
My advice is, start out w.the starter deck, than buy a box if you can afford it, if not, individual packs are fine! A starter deck has a lot of cards you can use, and if you go xmen or hood you already have a bunch of cards to use :)
good beginner decks are usually not too complicated, like brotherhood for example. If you want to build that for starters, go right ahead! A deck thats not very costly, yet very good is Sentinels. Most of the deck is commons/uncommons and they can rush pretty well.
Do not buy the Sider-man starter. The boosters aren't out yet, so you will have problems using it to form the foundation of a deck.
I don't know what your financial situation is. If you can, buy a booster box, if not, buy a starter. X-Men/Brotherhood or Gotham Knights/Arkham Inmates. Whichever starter you buy, buy your first few boosters for that set. This should let you reinforce your team and get you some cards for trade bait.
Don't be afraid to commit. If you want to play a certain team, go for it. The rest of the stuff you can trade. If you can afford to buy 5 booster boxes, then fine, but if not, trading is the way to go. All the teams are competetive, so just pick one or two that you like and work from there.
If you're big into TCGs, don't bother with the starters besides for the Rulebooks. (This is if you are planning on buying a few boxes of each set.)
Otherwise, buy one starter and then go for the boosters.
If you're new to Trading Card Games, then learn the basics - trade, learn to strategize, and learn how you can best organize your cards to help you out.
Study the game, play a lot, and always stay up-to-date.

I wouldn't say that at all. I put together a rather nice Syndicate deck, with three Spidey friends and some plot twists from the origins deck. Works really great, but it's probably not PCQ worthy.
The spidey starter is okay, but to build a competitive deck with it you either need to use "Marvel Team-up," or buy two starters. That's really the only way you would be able to have enough characters in either team to have a good curve. It also means you'll need to buy a few boosters or trade for the common "Marvel Team-ups." The teams just aren't that great right now because of the lack of support for the starter.
