1. If Magneto drop 7 is face up when its time to start the recovery phase and I have a stunned character that I want to chose to recover...but I cant due to Magneto's effect and I chose that character can I leave it stunned on the field? With the newer cards its seems I would be able to but I am just seeking some clarification.
2.If when I recruit Mirage I chose to reveal a Teen Titan card to give her another team affiliation...can I then flip a team up card ..since I control two different teams even if she is the only character?
If your opponent's Magneto/7 is not stunned during the recovery phase, you cannot recover stunned characters. During the recovery phase, you are supposed to choose one character to recover and the rest are KO'ed, so all your stunned characters would be KO'ed because of Magneto/7.
Yes, Mirage can team up TT and the other affiliation on turn 2 without any other characters in play.

Without some other effect, if MoM was in play, you would have to KO all stunned characters.

Lets see if I'm reading your question right. Do you want to know if you can flip a team up card so that Mirage can be part of Teen Titans and whatever team you chose? If that is the case, I don't see why you want to use a team up card since it says on Mirage's card "(this is in addition t the Teen titans team affilation)." Which means ( to me anyways) that Mirage is part of teen Titans and team whatever.
If you mean you want Mirage to be part of Teen Titans/Team Whatever and Team Whoever, then ignore my post completely:laugh:
felyxz, Mirage isn't the only Titan you'd want in a team up deck. Yes, she could act as if she were on both teams (attacking, reinforcement, team cards), but she'd also act as a way for Marvel Team-up/World's Finest/etc for the entire Titans+Other team to be one.
And Magneto 7's effect would prevent you from Recovering. If he's still unstunned, your Stunned characters wouldn't be able to recover. They go away. A Lazarus Pit effect (something that prevents KO) would need be employed to keep one around.
Does it matter whose initiative it is for magneto's power to work or not. Like if I stun my opponents magneto on turn seven when it is his init. Do all my stunned Ko, or does it even matter whose init it is.
Originally posted by Transfotaku When you actually recover the people (send some stunned to the KO, and recover) no one has init.
You are confusing initiative with priority. Someone always has initiative. This is not the case with priority.
The reason why you still get to recover when your opponent has Magneto, MOM and initiative is because the player with initiative chooses who he is going to recover first, but all characters are recovered simultaniously.
Actually, I don't think I am Locke. People do have priority at points in the Recovery PHASE. And one has Init through it. But at the actual Recovery STEP, the point you Recover your Stunned, it is done simultaneously. No init. No priority.
Saying the same thing as you are yet in a lot shorter, but less precise, phrases basically.

While the actaull recovery itself is done simultaneously, the point in which you need to deciede which character you are going to recover is done in order starting with the primary player, which is the player with initiative. In short, intiative does matter during the wrap-up actions. As a side note, there is no recovery step, it is the recovery phase. Step has a specific meaning in VS and should only be used in that way.
408.2b Each player may choose one object he or she controls with the stunned characteristic. The primary player chooses first, then all remaining players make their choices in clockwise order. Choosing an object is optional. Each player then simultaneously recovers his or her chosen object and KO's the remaining objects with the stunned characteristic he or she controls.
