I live in New Jersey, but I have a friend who has moved to Antioch, which is a few miles out of Oakland. Generally he plays CCG's at a local card shop where it MTG, YGO, and wrestling. He's quite adept at CCG's, but the store just doesn't play much in the way of VS.

Where's the biggest gathering of Vs. in The Bay area??? Whether it's Sanctioned or not???

If you've been looking for VS tournaments, Pro Star at the Great Mall (center strip by the food court) in Milpitas will be hosting VS tournaments Monday nights at 5:30pm starting July 26th.

I'm also working on teaching .VS to people at the store I go to, but we aren't running tournaments yet.

We run tournaments here in Pleasanton, Sanctioned as well as hobby starting next week. I would say if he wants to come here have him PM me or look up the address in the venue area. We have about 10-12 players right now with many newbie just leaveing yugioh that havent started yet. I help all that I can. Let me know if we can help him.
