I was wondering what the general consenus is on the subject. I have always like playing with cards in a pure set setting because more often than not, when you combine multiple sets, more broken things occur.
Just wanted to know where everyone stands on this, thanks!
One thing that prompted this is a friend with a TNB deck with 4 flying kicks, 4 savage beatdowns, 4 mega blast, 4 combat reflexes. I know the counters, I know the VS system was made to be mixed, but what do yall think?

Not broken at all. Not even that good.
Remember, DC brings a lot of anti-breakthrough to the table.
I guess the designers of the game designed their sets pretty well such that there isnt broken combos once both sets are combined. (am i gonna get shot down for this statement?)
"Remember children, use every gift that the good lord gives you."
I can't think of a signle irrefutable reason NOT to do so. If the game was not going to be balanced for mixing, they would not have gone through all the tropuble of giving them the same backs. No fear kiddo.
