How do you play rigged election.
How do you put a counter on the card & how do you make it go to 25. I am new to the game. Any help is appriciated.

u team up with GCPD officer's and then u exaust all the GCPD guys and put the counters on but u have to be carefull for have a blast so save all ur fizzle's only for have a blsat.

A counter is a marker, be it a penny, a piece of paper or even a number on a calculator. It's just something to tell you how many of a certain something (in this case 'counters') you have on the card.
