I've been playing the game for about a month now. I've had brotherhood, a poor spidey/teen titans and a sinister deck but I can seem to get to grips with either of them.
I've been loking at LoA and I like a lot of the cards in their line-up. But as most people know, you just dont throw a few cards together and play.
I want to know how to run this deck. What type of gameplay am I looking at? Control? Aggro? What winning conditions and combo's do I go by?
Usually you would play Control/Aggro until turn 8, where you KO their highest Drop with Lady Shiva then attack into their Teamless characters for the win.
I personally try to control the board by stunning and KO'ing their best drop every turn I have a chance to. To do this you'll need more ways to KO characters than the team provides itself. I play with Finishing Move, A Death In The Family, and I have even been looking to use Total Anarchy as well to have an edge against weenie decks.
Since they won't have a wide array of characters to attack me with each turn, I'll be able to survive until the later turns so I can play Lady Shiva and then 8-drop Ra's to totally wreck them by taking out their best character and proceed to attack all of their characters who won't be able to reinforce b/c they have no team. Pretty much what he just said.
The most efficient way to run LoA is just to KO as much stuff on your opponents side of the field as possible. Always try and have more characters than your opponent by using Total Anarchy, Finishing Moves and A Death in the Family. You also would want to run Mega-Blasts since none of the LoA characters have range. Your fifth turn Bane is your biggest friend.
I saw some people use Venom as well but I don't think you would want him in there.
Thanks for the feedback guys.
The one match-up Im worried against is Doom. We have a guy who came to our store who whiped the floor with us with his Doom deck.
Any recommendations in the LoA line-up to have a good match-up against a Doom deck?
