Anybody know the start times of the PCQs on Friday? I cannot seem to find it.

True dat $75 is up there. it is almost $90 if you go the ticketmaster route.

One question does anybody know if the print your own ticket master deal is my ticket or do I still have to wait in line with that to get a badge?

I would suspect that you would still have to wait in line, but I have nothing to base it on except that it seems like everyone waits in line. :)

There are usually three lines if I'm not mistaken... The people who pre-register, the on-site registration and the ticketmaster bunch.

I've never went ticketmaster (so I'm not sure how that works), but the on-site is the way to go unless you get your tickets so early as to save some serious cash. If ticketmaster charges more, then it wouldn't be a big enough time difference to justify the extra cost in all likelyhood

I usually go on-site, and I can get through the line in 30 minutes or less (usually), while my friends who pre-register wait upwards of an hour.

i received an email the other day from anthony edwards the magic TO for the southeast stating that if you had a dragon con badge that all events minus the side events were free for the day that you had the badge.

this may be true for magic only but i was under the assumption that it was everything.

also i may have misread the email.

Type-One Challenge for Magic: The Gathering.
Duel Masters Challenge.
Star Wars TCG Challenge

The rest of the events are discounted with a Dragon*con badge.

If you'll look at Mind Enthuasiast, it specifies the discount cost of the VS events.

so how much would it cost to play in the pcq and 10k? I suppose i would have to buy 2 one day passes?

2-day passes are $50.
Sealed PCQ is $20 w/ badge
Constructed PCQ is $6 w/ badge
$10K is $5 w/ badge

Heh, most Floridians that planned to go can't due to the fact of the storm. Freaking hurricane.... Oh well I still hope I can make it.
