The Hunters and Umbrella goons are totally broken, multiple attacks on an army character and multiple attacks on a Feral Rage - stat-wise character is crazy.
I like them though, they had some thought put into them.
Now just get a card template, pictures for each character, and load them into MTGPlay :p.

Equipped character is able to attack two characters at the same time. (Attacks are resolved simultaneously, but the two defenders atk scores are not combined to resolve against the attacker.)

Equipped character gets +1 atk and + 2 def. If equipped to Jill Valentine, that Jill Valentine gets Evasion as well.
Lockpick
Cost 0
Equipped character gets Activate --->Flip a face down resource up. Do not activate its effect regardless if the timing is correct or not.
Lighter
Cost 0
Equipped character get Activate ---> Target player plays with their hand revealed for this turn.

Stun target character if it's cost is less than or equal to the number of STARS characters you have in play.
