Anyone have people IM them for VS games that hasn't put their name down on the MTGPlay list of players?

I'm not comfortable with people just using it without putting their own name down.

I just don't accept messages from people who aren't on the list.

I was looking for an option like that in Trillian, but it doesn't seem like you can limit AIM messages to receive only from your contact list. Maybe I'm missing something.

Right, you can only "ignore" users if you're using the AIM client.

I'm on Miranda and I just close them.

I guess it is easy enough to look at my contact list for the person. I have a section dedicated to MTGPlay, so if the person doesn't show up in there they are either hiding their online status or they aren't one of the people I've added from the list. Of course, there are always the people who are new.
