if you used ttg and you stunned your opppents last character can the remaining members who are able to attack do direct damage to oppt?

No. Direct attacks are considered Breakthrough. If all of your Teen Titans characters team attacked and were readied by Teen Titans Go, none of them will be able to inflict damage by attacking directly.
