I just saw a ebay auction for a Lot of 12 tins of Marvel tins. Each tin comes with a exclusive card (I think is the charater that is on the tin cover) and a few boosters. It says that the item will be send on Oct. 18, that means it will be out soon.

If anyone has more info on this, let me know.

I saw the same auctions. UDE doesnt have anything about it on their site. I hope the cards in the tins are 1st Edition.

They have to be. UDE are only selling 1st edition cards and boxes.

Youre wrong.

Well...In the store i work my boss is always giving me 1st edi. boxes to put up. So that means that either he doesnt know what hes buying (which is posible) or UDE are only selling 1st edition boxes.

This is kind of old news. Typhon posted this on the front page a few months ago. The cards are all alternative art cards and they are:

Wolverine: Logan
Magneto: Eric Lehnsherr
Dr. Octopus: Otto Octavius
Spider-Man: FNS-M


And to settle the dispute there are Standard edition Marvel Origins boxes.

To overall settle the dispute, UDE is selling the holiday tins with Standard Edition MOR packs and 1st Edition MSM packs. 1st Edition MOR is sold out from UDE so they don't sell it anymore.

Are the MOR alt art cards going to be unlimited edition as well? Bleh to that if they are.

They have no edition. There is no 1st ed or any other logo.

In fact, I don't think any of the extended art cards have editions.

They might be "promos" but its not like theyre going to be hard to get. I would prefer if they were labeled 1st edition which they technically would be as it would be the first time they were printed that way. I probably wont buy the MOR ones as they come with non 1st boosters.

Who cares if they are 1st edition or not? Only difference in first edition cards is that little stamp.

That is correct - none of the extended arts have editions and I believe that none will be reprinted once it cycles to another extended art for the same prize (ex: Once the PCQ Top 8 promo changes, there will be no more The New Brotherhood promos handed out).

Obviously some people care otherwise 1st rares would be worth more then unlimited.

If the promos are ONLY available as one 'edition' don't really see any difference whether they would have the 1st edition stamp or not.
