If on turn 4 I played Spider Tracer on Dr Doom:DG

a) Can Mystical Paralysis still be play ?
b) Is Mystical Paralysis targeting Dr Doom as an additional cost to be play or not?

If another version of Dr Doom is played on later turns.

c) Is that version still on the Spider Tracer effects?

a&b)Dr.Doom can still play Mystical Paralysis. It does not target Dr.Doom.

c)No, spider tracer only affects 1 Dr.Doom.

Zio's correct. Here are some hints to keep in mind.

If the word 'target' isn't used, the power/effect/cost does not count as being targetted.

If an effect has you choose a character, only that chosen copy of that character applies. Changes to that character do not affect your choice. However, if you choose a name, that applies to any character with that name. With Bitter Rivals, for example, it affects every copy of a character with the chosen name your Dr. Doom attacks. Spider-Tracer only works on a single instance of a character, and somewhat like equipment, it stops working when that character is replaced.
