I was told that a stunned character losses all counters. Is this correct?

I know that Cosmic counters are a little different.

That is incorrect.

Counters remain on an object until removed by an effect, a game instruction or the object changes zones.

While that is true, it's important to understand that cosmic counters are no different from any other type of counter.

Their removal is covered in my original statment since they are removed by a game instruction.
