Just a couple of questions we had come up tonight in a game.
The FF Wolvie, if you have let's say army characters out "For Example 2 Wild Packs" and my opponent stuns one of the wild packs, he says that since the "Wild Packs" were already attacked, he get's the +6 from Wolvie, I said no because it's not the "same character" Which one of us is correct?
Second Question, Sinister Salvo, I read it as you have to exhaust a SS character to play the whole card, but the guys thought tonight you could play just the "ongoing" part of it to make it so the whole teams get Range. I read it as you needed to have a SS to even play that PT.
1) Each Wild Pack is different. You may have multiple copies of army characters in-play but they are really separate from each other. Wild Pack #1 is not the same as Wild Pack #2.
2) You have to exhaust an SS character to play Sinister Salvo.
Another question that came up was with Scarlet Spider. While he's in your hand, as long as you show him to your opponents, you can have multiple copies of Spider-man out on the field. One guy wants to say that if you put Scartlet Spider out on the field, that it will negate the effects and you must put all copies but one of Spider-Man into the KO pile.
Who is correct?
Also with Fisk towers and Jackal, when you put the character from your hand into play in this way, does it ignore the uniquess rule? Could I have 4 Tinkerers out in play this way?
1)Uniqueness is checked only upon recruitment. So, if you keep revealing Scarlet from hand, you can recruit multiple copies of Spider-man. By recruiting Scarlet Spider, it will not negate the effect. All Spider-man that was recruited will remain on field.
2) Uniqueness is checked only if the character is recruited. The uniqueness rule does not apply when you are putting characters into play through effects such as Mysterio,Jackal,Fisk Towers,Dual Nature, Dr.Light boost etc

The exhaustion of an SS character is required to play it at all, whether it's from hand or in the resource row. The ongoing effect does affect any characters he controls, however, so long as he has at least one SS character to pay for its effect.
So if uniqueness is only checked when they are recruited, does that mean when the next turn comes around, characters that were recruited last turn may stay in play?
I know of one card in the superman set, I beleive it's Superman Red, that says Superman characters are not unique this turn. Does this mean you can recruit out the wazoo Superman this turn, and next turn they remain in play, even though Uniqueness has returned?
