who do i need to get in contact with about getting my store sanctioned and getting everyone ude numbers

If you want to be a TO, all you have to do is take the TO test found here

that's odd... my owner of my store is a TO for UDE, but still during hobby leagues, she has not gotten any UDE nubmers to give out to the new players.

anybody have a solution to this?

It might take a while, my UDE cards didn't arrive for about a month-and-a-half.

UDE cards are shipped quarterly from what I was told. Your TO should be asigning everyone a temp ID so that the events can still be sanctioned and the TO can give everyone cards once they come in. Have the TO try e-mailing [email protected] to try and get some Sanctioning cards quicker.
