Revenge Squad isn't really appropriate for Amazo, who spends almost all his time fighting the Justice League. If anybody should be unaffiliated, it's the one-man Justice League.

I would never dare to question Bizzaro's authority on the DC universe...so you heard him people...NO REVENGE SQUAD affiliation.
(Actually...only reason I did it was becaue of that damn Justice League cartoon my kids watch...Lex took over Amazo for a bit or something like that.

Yeah, don't trust those guys. In the comics, Lex never had anything to do with Amazo.

Like Say if the first person he ran into was Booster Gold could Booster have Taken him down before all that crazyness started??
Amazo can copy any super power, weapon, acquired skill, and even personality trait. He would have easily been able to analyze and replicate the futuristic technology in Booster Gold's suit, and probably wield it better than Booster ever did.

He has analyzed Batman. In fact, the cynicism Amazo got from him, combined with the willpower he got from Green Lantern, was the major catalyst that allowed him to abandon his original creator, a fuzzy little ferret-man named Professor Ivo.
Amazo could easily use Batman's detective skills to discover the League's weaknesses, but then what's he going to do with them? The League isn't going to let him get close enough to use them. Remember, Batman isn't the only member of the Justice League who could beat the entire team by himself. Any given one of them could do it, because they leave themselves vulnerable to each other. That's part of what being a team is all about. Amazo has copied Batman's skills, but Amazo can't copy the trust the other Justice League members have in him.
Besides, an important part of Amazo's character in the comics is that he doesn't really want to beat the Justice League, or doing anything at all for that matter. You see, Amazo doesn't like consciousness, and as such he willingly switches his on/off switch to off at every available opportunity. He only spends his time fighting the Justice League when someone or something is preventing him from shutting himself down again.
