Thanks to Wizard for helping Marvel to give the first family their props the last two years.
I like X-Men too, but The Fanatastic Four deserve their recognition and everyone's support.
The FF took a lot of hard knocks and abuse during the blood thirsty years of the late eighties and nineties, but the desire for true heroes seems to have returned.
So thanks Wizard. For showing why The FF are not only the first, but the best of Marvel's familes.
By taking space to push FF and it's creative team in many many issues, when before that space would have been wasted on X-Men. Also in giving full previews of the two new FF books.
There are many who have not tried FF due to budget, or other silly fans tellng them it's boring. So many read Wizard, so they get a chance to test drive FF without losing any money. This will definitely bring in new readers.
Actually, in the past year, Wizard has taken to showing very big previews of comics coming from Marvel and DC. Large sections of the actual completed comics. This has been a really smart advertising move for the Big Two. With so many books out there, you can now buy a book you've tried out instead of hoping it might be good.

There's nothing quite like steamrolling across the map with Thing and Shulkie, being backed by Suzy Q's 18 Defend.
I'll have to check your post. And welcome to the select few who know Reed Richards is Marvel's greatest hero. I know I'm voting for him this year in the Wizard poll.
This is for Metz:
Mister Fantastic can whup Batman any day of the week. Rain or shine. Day or night. LOL!
