I am just wondering if a card doesn't specifically give a character reinforcement, but there is a character behind it or beside it (in the support row obviously), how would you be able to use tag team? Is it possible to use tag team without having specific cards (such as invisible woman, mark V, or personal forcefield)? Please let me know, thanks.

You can use the game based effect to give the defender reinforcement, then use Tag Team.
