The game will continue; if neither player has one or more endurance, than all players who don't have the highest endurance total lose. Normally, that would mean you; Mephisto stops you from losing here, but he doesn't make you the winner.
408.2a All players with 0 or less endurance lose the game. If this would leave no players still in the game, the player(s) that have or share the highest endurance total do not lose, rather than losing. A player that loses the game is removed from the game (see rule 102.3).
since both of you have 0 or less endurance and you can't lose (therebye you stay in the game) your opponent loses
Under his new Card Errata his atk/def stats have changed to 15/18.... even weaker :( Making it harder to keep him from being stunned, stick with varnae - the first vampire.
What happens if the time for a round is called during the 7th turn. On the eigth and final turn player A recruits Mephisto. At the end of combat Mephisto is unstunned but Player B has more endurance than player A. What happens?

The ATK/DEF in the FAQ is wrong, the only errata was to his text.

The person with the highest endurance wins. Tournament policy does not take game modifiers into account.
