Will the formats affect 10k's and pcq's? i can't seem to find if its true...

btw, anyone going to 10k socal at wizards... when do we sign up for that, or is it a 'buy pass to convention, sign up on site' kind of deal?

I had to read the letter again to figure this out:

PCQs following a PC will follow the same format as that PC (so until PC Amsterdam, the format is Golden Age, after that the format is Marvel Modern Age).

As for $10ks... the default format is Golden Age unless otherwise stated (like at GenCon SoCal where it was Marvel vs DC).
