Equip only to the Prince of all Cosmos. Equipped character gets "Activate, remove a character, location, or equipment card you control from the game-->Put a +1 ATK/+1 DEF counter on equipped character.
When equipped character stuns a character, remove it from the game. Put a +1 ATK/+1 DEF counter on equipped character. Use this only if equipped character has +1 ATK/+1 DEF counters on it equal to or more than the stunned character's cost.
When Equipped character is attacked, if it is stunned, instead remove a +1 ATK/+1 DEF counter from it."

Oh. My. God. That is funny and awesome at the same time. I love that game and this card shows it's coolness.
