Ok, lets say there are 3 copies of Gravesite in play. At the beginning of each turn, before the draw, each player draws a card... and then discards a card. They do this once for each of the copies, so they do this 3 times at the beginning of the turn. They then draw they normal 2 cards and play proceeds as normal.
But......
Each copy of Gravesite states that for each Underworld character discarded this way the controller gains 1 endurance. So, do you gain 3 endurance per character discarded? Or just one?
I would tend to think 3, since the effect on Graveyard states "Each player who discards an Underworld character card this way gains 1 endurance." Here is the text.

Ongoing: At the start of the draw phase, each player draws a card, then discards a card. Each player who discards an Underworld character card this way gains 1 endurance.
'this way' refers to that specific Gravesite card. If you discard an Underworld character for Gravesite 1, you will only get 1 END, regardless of the presence of Gravesite 2 or Gravesite 3.
I see what you are saying, but "this way" applies to every single card discarded "this way" regardless of which card caused it to happen. Not sure if this would require re-templating or not, but the general consensus here has interpreted them all to give 1 endurance for each discard, so it isn't just a few people I think.

The endurance will only be 1, no matter how many Gravesites are in play, because the life gain is tied to the effect of a particular Gravesite.
That is, the chain would be:
1) Draw, discard (if the discard is Underworld, gain 1)
2) Draw, discard
3) Draw, discard
4) Draw, discard
5) Draw, discard
6) Draw, discard
7) Draw, discard
There is no time the other Gravesites check to see if you discarded an Underworld character.
Of course, you could gain 7 life by discarding 7 characters.

The difference between the two is that Prime Sents triggers when a plot twist is played.
Gravesite's life gain doesn't trigger when a card is discarded, discarding is part of the effect with an extra condition.
Gravesites life gain is triggered when a card is discarded in that way. At the start of the draw phase, each player draws a card, then discards a card. Each player who discards an Underworld character card this way gains 1 endurance.
So the second sentence would seem to apply (to my mind at least) to any and every character card discarded "this way", and nowhere does it stipulate by this specific cards effect.
