It seems that in the previous installment of 'cerebro' another player has a similar idea as myself of using the new Scarlet Witch to burn your opponent from the graveyard....
I have a similar but slightly differnt question to theirs:
If we play Witching hour and chose lets say 3 brotherhood characters AND Scarlet witch, have her come in to play, burn your opponent for 3 endurance and return her to your hand....thats all ok i presume....right ok, this is where my question differs slightly from the one stated in Cerebro....
In the previous question the player is told that if he wants to recruit the witch again he will have to pay the standard 2 resource to play her from his hand....well.....
If we can get her back in to the graveyard that turn, lets say for arguments sake, via a bastion activation...is she still able to come back out of the ko'd pile via witching hour?
She would have been chosen previously in the turn to satisfy Witching hours initial choice?
The same answer applies; Scarlet Witch has changed zones, and so is no longer one of the cards recruitable through Witching Hour.

212.1b If a card or object changes zones, it is no longer the same object, and any modifiers affecting it in the previous zone do not keep affecting it in the new zone, unless they specify that they do or they also apply to objects in the new zone.
There is something I don't understand. Scarlet witch was at KO pile. Then Bewitching hour sends her to hand. She has changed zones, yet she is affected by Bewitching hour's modifier.
I guess it's a case of card text having preference over a contradicting a rule. But then, why doesn't card text allow you to recruit her after she changed zones a second time? What am I missing?
The Witching Hour doesnt send her to your hand. Witching Hour allows you to play her, when she comes into play her own ability 'bounces' her back to your hand. One she comes into play once, she has changed zones, and 212.1B applies.
