Okay, I started playing in Marvel Origins. But some personal problems came up and I had to quit. A buddy has my old cards and I can pretty much get them back if I want.
My question is how and where do I pick up again. Some of my firends still play and I have heard about Titans, New Gods, Curve Sentinels, Common Enemy, etc. One even sat me down with his new Underworld deck and gave me a tutorial of some of the new cards.
So what would be the best option, get back some old stuff and try to start kinda fresh with Marvel Knights or what. Any advice would be hlepful, thanks.
so the face of the game is changing right now. with a new set out we are still looking for the new thing to show up and figure out how it has effects with the old things.
i suggest getting a mix of assorted mix of commons and uncommons from all sets, and then pick up your rares as need be.
I would say, X-Statix or even curve Sentinals. Each deck is good and dosn't break you since your getting started again (well minus the Beatdowns, which you don' need in every deck)
But since you have played before, do what I always do, go with what you like and know. I love the Spider Friends and will play with them until the end of the world. Fun First you know.:classic:
I was looking at curve Sentinels since a guy from my store had some real success with the deck. It's also mostly uncommons and commons that I kinda mostly had and a few rares too. ^_^
Yeah, money is still kinda a factor for a while and I was looking at the prices of some of the cards I see pop up in a lot of decks. Yikes!
I'll look into the budget stuff first, then see what happens in a little bit with Marvel Knights and that Green Lantern set that's supposed to come out.
