A friend of mine seems to think that reflexes can move a character OVER if he's in the front row or whatever, that you don't HAVE to move the ch. into the opposite row, and I'm pretty sure that's messed, need some confirmation. Same goes for howlett, he thinks he can already be exhausted when u use his effect. Also need confirmation. Forgive an ignorant fool for asking.

You can actually move a character to the exact same spot (unless the card says otherwise).

Unless a card contradicts it, characters can move to any open position.

Part of his effect is to exhaust him. It isn't a cost so he can already be exhausted when you use his effect.

um, the only legal way that i no to use combat is either to the opposite row, or move him exactly over from right to left or vice versa

using combat reflexes, you can move the character to the same spot.
