First off i wish that UDE had more time between sets. It seems i cant enjoy making and playing decks cuz as soon as i start the spoilers for the next set are already coming out.
anywho :(
What are the time lines for the new formats? how long does mm run for? whats after that? so on .....

This is correct.
Every time there is a PC, the format changes and then all the PCQs after that are that format unti the next PC. 10Ks (if memory serves) are not affected so each 10K organizer can designate whatever format (even sealed) they wish.
In addition to the every other PC rule, it's at every other PC that changes the Modern format between Marvel & DC.
PC NY - Golden Age
PC Indy - DC Modern Age (Green Lantern/Man of Steel)
PC SoCal - Golden Age

GA is it both marvel and dc or seperate? i know some past pcq's they had straight marvel and straight dc. then they played the winners against each other.
I believe that you are thinking of the SoCal PC Marvel vs. DC 10K. That was the only time there were separate brackets for Marvel/DC and then the winners from each faced off.
Golden Age is everything that has been released so far. No restrictions.
