I'm a judge/TO at the store I run and I've been noticing a continuing problem with the customers I've issued UDE numbers to. Nobody knows how to log in to the UDE website to do things like edit their membership or take the certification exams. Clicking on "Forgot your password" just prompts for your email, which is never on file with them.
What part of the procedure am I missing here? It also seems that until a player manages to log in to the site, they aren't listed on the ratings page either. So yeah. Anybody know how to go about getting passwords?
First thing (the obvious one) is to make sure that you sent the cards with that information on it to UDE (the address is on the back). Make sure to give about 3 weeks or so from the time you send in the cards for it to be entered into the system.
If there are still problems, you'll need to e-mail UDE. I don't have the proper address on me at the moment, but if you check some of the older threads about this (look for password under the search), you should be able to find it.
Mailing the cards in shouldn't be a problem. I send them out regularly every week for the new players we get.
I decided to post here because I've emailed UDE before about it and never gotten a reply. Either I'm not using the right address, or they're not listening to me. Come to think of it, out of the several dozen times I've emailed Upper Deck over the last year and a half, I've only about once gotten a reply - and that one took over 6 weeks. It's almost enough to make me think my email is being filtered out as spam or something. But then again, I've sent things from different domains, so. . . .
I'll be sure to browse around in the older threads here for more info.
I've had the same problem, I email every week trying to get an answer, it seems like the only ones that can log in, are the TO's but i havent heard of a single player getting his password at our store, or from a few of the other stores in this area, i've tried sending to alot of their different email addresses as well. To entertainment, customer service, and several others but nothing works.
