My question is: why would you want to exhaust more than one character with a total willpower of 6 or greater when one will do just fine? It makes it sound like you could exhaust two different characters with a WP of 3 to get 6 total WP to fulfill the cost of the card.

Because that's what it means.

usually a character with six will power is pretty beefy...why would you want to exahust him when two little weeny guys with will power three will work the same mojo

I think its wierd that it will take soooo many Green Lanterns to make these Construct chacters!!!!!

well one ch'p is all you need with mouse trap. Might not be a bad play either for stall decks.

The wording is so strange that it sounds like you can only exhaust one character to get the 6 willpower.

Does it sound like that to anyone else?

And can you exhaust more than one character to get the 6 willpower?

well Olapet at the 5th turn he can play Mouse trap by himself well if you give him a GL or Yellow Power ring he can play Light Brigade by himself.

You exhaust as many characters as you need to to reach the 6 willpower.

If you have one character with 6, you can exhaust him.

If you have 6 characters with 1 willpower each, you can exhaust all 6 to meet the requirement.

The construct is looking for a total of 6 Willpower. If you need to exhaust more than one character to reach that 6 Willpower, you most certainly may. You can exhaust any number of characters so long as when you total together their Willpower, that number is at least 6. This may be one character with Willpower 6 or 6 characters each with Willpower 1.

Or 1 character with 0 WP and 1 with 6 WP.

Why would you want to exhaust a character with 0 WP?

I dont know. So you can play PTA without attacking into one of your opponents higher drops.

You could exhaust all your copies of GCPD Officers at the same time ...

Not to mention you could exhaust a character with willpower of 4 and another with willpower of 3 [or one character with say ... willpower 9, like Alan Scott] to fufill the cost. That's why it's any number of characters, and why it can be more than 6 ... it won't always be possible to meet the 'exact' cost ... so it doesn't matter if you 'over pay' [although it won't help you any].
