I was thinking about this in another thread where we were talking about Silver Surfer

what if they gave him a power or introduced a mechanic that rewarded replacement?

Norrin Radd cannot be the target of effects or plot twists your opponent controls.


Silver Surfer

When Silver Surfer comes into play if you control Norrin Radd, KO Norrin Radd and put 2 +1/+1 counters on Silver Surfer


that way you get the "feel" of Norrin transforming into Silver Surfer, and it introduces new deck designs that focus on keeping little guys in play as long as possible. I think it might be interesting.
