I wish I was going. I love that con, and would desire to go even if it didn't have a 10k event happening. The two times I went while still in high school, were highlights of my adolescent life.

Saw it played at our Hobby League on Tuesday.

It's pretty brutal. If Longshot starts to hit, you start to cry. The Bad Presses are there for stall (the deck only gets going on turn 4). Since you're writing down your deck as you are bottom-decking the misses, with Xavier's School you soon find yourself cycled, and hitting every time. Lois Lane is in there for a free recruit that can easily net you another Robot.

I had tried Superman Robots before, but I never threw Longshot into it (not having 8 or more of 2 different cards makes using LS risky). I did see some success with it, even though it was strictly tier 2.

What's the word on the SF/LoA deck? I'm all for Spider-Friends being viable.
