Some of my friends who play VS would like to form a hobby league of our own but we don't know where to start.

Can anyone please tell/advise me what to do first, like what tests/certifications should I take? I am a Level 1 judge right now - is that enough to run a hobby league? How many should we be to form a hobby league? And do we have to be associated to a store that sells VS or can we just do it, say, in a garage?

To run a hobby league you must be an owner of a hobby store. If you own a store and would like to start a league, go to UDE's Vs. System Hobby League page and follow the instructions.

If you don't own your own store but still want to run your own sanctioned tournaments you could become a Tournament Organizer.
