Please post any and all ideas on how to make this deck better.
personally i think you need to focus the deck a little. you have Curve stuff in the deck as well as Resource KO stuff. go one way or the other. in fact i don't think that the GLEE resource destruction works very well since the GL team doesn't support it, i would recomend droping all the Resource KO all togeather. for the 4 drops add Malvolio. for the locations add one more of each Oa and Book of Oa
2 ofs and 1 ofs for your locations means that most of the time you wont draw them when you need them. same with the non-construct PTs. Battle of Wills, Emerald Twilight, Femme Fatality need to uped in numbers or droped all togeather. for Emerald City, you need to add more card draw or drop it.
i would also recomend increasing the number of your higher drops so you aren't forced to search them out every game. or if your going for swarm, drop the 7 and 8 drops all togeather and increase some of the lower drops.
Curve means to play one character per turn, and that character is the highest cost character that you are available to play (a 1 cost character on 1, a 2 cost on 2, 3 cost on 3, ect, ect.) Willworld will get characters into your hand, Birthing Chamber will draw you cards.

biggest problem i see is your battle of wills, emerald twilights, Willworld. with just 2 of each of those you will not them consistently when you need them. you might want to drop one of those completly and put in one more each of the other 2.
1 drop i like g'nort and arisia aswell as sallak
2 drop i think you have the right characters there but i always hate playing one copy of a character and refuse to tudor for a hector hammond
dr light oh yes but you may want a back up 3 drop and hal jordans quite good especially with arisia allowing him to attack up the curve into their 4 drop
4 drops ok but what about rot lop fan he is a standard concealed 4 drop but with an ability that allows you to attack hidden characters which can help especially against that shadow creature stall.
for turn five i like to the ring has chosen for a star sapphire 5 drop and beatdown and i dont quite like light brigade
turn 7 wheres alan scott if you are playing oa's they make him an 22 / 17 turn 7 thats unreal i will have to agree with togorian on the emerald twilight and battles of wills and wheres the helping hands and or cover fires

ok now into the plot twists , equipments and locations
OK a suggestion, no Hal Jordan, the only thing you want to drop on turn 3 is Dr. Light. you mulligan for him or a way to get him. he is the single most important character in the deck. that leaves you with 1 extra slot now. so i would suggest adding one more of one of the Plot Twists.
