JUST OUT OF CURIOSTY IF U BOTH DROP A SILVER SURFER NORRIN RADD 8 DROP, WHO WOULD HAVE PRIOTORY. WHO WOULD IT BE THE PERSON WHO DOESNT REALLY HAVE THE INTITIVE THIS TURN....

i believe it works like this (correct me if im wrong)

player A has inish.

entering the combat phase, player A has priority first. here he tries to keep inish. PLayer B then gets priority and ditches a card to take it. last on the chain resolves first so B would take the inish.

Sorry, TT, you're a little backward on WHEN you discard. You do not discard until Surfer's ability RESOLVES.


Player A has initiative. His effect goes on the chain. Then Player B's effect goes on the chain. 2 passes.

Player B's ability resolves. The game asks him, "Do you want to discard and gain the initiative?" Player B may discard a card.

Then Player A's effect resolves. The game asks him the same question. If he discards, he steals the initiative.

So the player WITH initiative has the last chance to discard. Each player may only discard once.
