Is it true that a new VS system set for Indy comics (Hellboy and others) and Image comics (Spawn only I believe) will be coming out ? A Friend told me this but i seriously doubt it, though I do want it to come out seeing as that I do like Spawn a lot, and after seeing a few issues of Hellboy I can say he isn't half-bad I don't think UDE has plans for this, anyone knows any infor regarding this???? Also is it true that the next set after JLA is Infinite Crisis????

There's always been speculation about what other companies or areas the system could licence, and as a bunch of fanboys with interest in a ton of comics, scifi and TV and movies theres been talk of it on these boards (bot for and against) but as far as I know this is not the case. If it is, UDE has not made any announcements to this effect. The only thing I've seen from them recently is that they have licenced the Vs system to a Video game maker to create a console version fo the game for X-Box and PS. And Marvel side only at that.

If I remember correctly, they didn't even say that it would specifically be Vs. Only that it would be a video game with a card based gameplay format in the Marvel universe.

Until we get a specific press release about an Indy or Image based Vs I would assume that it is hearsay and likely the wishful thinking of your friend.
