Which 10K Chicago? If you're talking about the most recent one, they gave out the Gift Cards.

EDIT: Wait, nevermind, I think the top 8 still get checks.

Top 4 gets the gift card and a check for the difference since USA law dictates a limit that they can put on the Gift Cards. So only a portion of the money they earn is on the Gift Cards, the rest of the money is sent to the players later in the form of a check.

ok no one answered my question. my friend dave that won the 10k wanted to know if the others in the top8 got their checks cause he hasn`t recived his right now
