Nice to see this mentioned on the front page alongside the Texas 10k. For anyone who cares, Karl Bown (playing Avengers Reservist) just beat Hans Hoh (playing Squadron Supreme) in the quarters. I'll try and post more as I recieve the info,

maybe there weren't a lot of combo decks there. the 20 team control deck might win this one unless he gets horrible draws i guess.

My mate played a avengers reservist deck and he came in 30th.

Karl Bown (Boka on the boards) won 2-0 playing an Avengers Reservist deck against another German playing the SS deck in the finals. Not too sure on the rest of the standings as this is all the info Karl gave me.

His deck btw is NOT a copy of Jacobs' deck (before all you doubters start saying otherwise). We built and tested our own version as a fun deck to start and it looked strangly similar to the first draft that Jacob put up on his thread. I'm sure Karl will post more when he gets time,

Ok, it seems I've been shown. Does anyone know if any Sentinels or Titans made Top 8? If so I'd like to see those lists.

It's cool to see that version of Reservist win out like that. It's very very close to my build that doesn't bother with any Leader characters. I thought my deck was just a good fun deck that killed in hobby league, but maybe not....

Avengers won with 44 reservists and no leaders... there was another Avengers reservist team attack deck... 2 squadron rush or "Chicken Supreme"... 1 Not So Common Enemy... 1 CS 1 Cosmic Combo and 1 T-Bolts Tactics...

No Titans...

avengers might be even easier to use than cs it looks and just as if not more powerful than the robots.
