I currently have no savage beatdowns. I MAY get them from a friend to play at a PCQ. SO here's my dillema:

I could play Squadron, a very cheap, powerful, and easy to use deck, But I could try and use the deck that Aaron weil would be playing, but i need beatdown.

My question is this: If I am able to obtain the beatdowns, is it worth playing it over Squadron?

Well I think it depends on two things.

A. If you have a really good idea on the metagame, base it on that, or.

B. Which one have you more experience, and feel more comfortable playing?

I have no clue what to expect.Its The NY Kings games, so if anyone knows the metagame around there it would help.

You definently want to talk to Scudder (JasonS5581) about the Kings Games metagame. He has a habit of Top 8ing every single damn PCQ.

Play neither and play Common Enemy to counter.:p

The Kings Games meta is going to consist of plenty of bad Squadron/Avengers players who can run them because they are easy to play. Expect some Teen Titans, Common Enemy, some New School, and perhaps some Sentinels as well (Although I doubt it).
