well, depends on the build... lately the only GLEE seeing play is GLEE Stall, and it seems like they can win cuz there are 2 in the top 8 in 10K Sydney this weekend.
The thing that Glee lacks is the punch that MoE has over it. You could do okay but when it comes to beating those top tier decks you are going to fall short where MoE has the potential to just push through.
GLOCK is probably the only form of GLEE that will do well. I haven't seen a build of GLEEvil, but I would assume that it is more offensive than a standard GLEE from DC modern age (with Cover Fires, of course.) But I don't know, Reign of Terror is a really annoying card and putting in the NTZ's to stop it takes up way too much room. So for the forseable future, I think GLOCK will make random top 8's but probably won't win a 10K (although I'd love to see it win one :))
I really can't stand that the term GLEE has come to mean off-curve, weenie based GL-EE rush. From the start of DGL I played a curve GLEE build that did well and now does better with the inclusion of John Stewart (4), Guy Gardner (7), and Mogo.
GLock is good, but GLEE curve is also solid. Martian Manhunter on 5, Sinestro on 6, Gardner on 7, and Mogo on 8 is a nightmare for your opponent.
Um,no offense, but that's like saying any plot twist is nothing against GK/B&B because of Fizzle. We all know it's not true, it's just a extra challenge that we all have to deal with. And I'm pretty sure CE can work around fixer.
I'm not saying GLEE sucks, the synergy between the 2 teams is actually pretty scary. It's just CE is popular again and it's not a fun match-up.
