Blizzard exhausts and moves a character during your attack step.

Banished to the antimatter universe and Sinestro, Lantern in Exile move your opponents character to the hidden area.

Dr. Strange moves characters to the hidden area

Crystal (from MOR) forces your opponent to move someone from the support row to the front row. you don't get to choose who though.
