Superman vs. .....the INJUSTICE GANG!? Umm, shouldn't it be the Revenge Squad? They are all of Superman's enemies. Though Batman's starter had the League, not Arkham. But, the League is still mainly Batman's foes. Lex may run the Injustice Gang, at one point at least, but the Gang itself had many villans who only fought Superman with the Justice League. Hmmm, odd.

I'm happy with that April 5 release date. A lot sooner than I'd expected, though it can't come soon enough.

Team Superman and the Injustice Gang... interesting. Well, the Injustice Gang has a seemingly easier 'basic' theme of characters to work with than the Revenge Squad. Maybe the Revenge Squad is beyond starter deck salvation? ^_^

For Revenge Squad its kinda hard to make a bunch of Ongoing Plot Twists that are vanilla.

That starter is quite the hotness. And the card on the front looks like it could be Ed McGuinness' doing... Too small to tell of course. I could just be making that up.

Yeah, I think Team Superman is just wishful thinking on the part of those suggesting it. Upper Deck has said that they only want to put recent teams in starters from now on, so it seems doubtful that they're going to put in a team we haven't seen in over a year.

Where are getting this info from. Upperdeck has made starter decks to go with the movies. And X-Men 3 and Superman are coming out...not Justice League.

I suspect Upper Deck's reasoning is that as long as the starter has Superman and Lex Luthor in it, it's close enough to the movie to qualify as a tie-in, so it really doesn't matter who else is in it, hence the inclusion of JLA/Injustice Gang instead of Team Superman/Revenge Squad.

well, judging by that description and whats on the box (in the bubble it says justice league of america) we can only hope that the cards have dual affill....

or good enough to splash.
