I'm not that familiar with the Hellfire club because I haven't played vs. in a while, but I looked up all the cards, and it seems like a pretty good build to me. Good deck, I'd say a 8.5/10
With 4 Join the Club! and 3 Power and Wealth, he essentially has 7 tutors. My question is why do you have an extra Sebastian?
Your character selection looks like a mess though. Be a little more selective in your characters. Courtney Ross does very little early game, and nothing late game. Viper's bonus is also to little to be worthwhile. Sage is really good if you can focus into using more Mental characters (Madelyne and Mastermind in particular). Consider using a few of the Hidden Army characters, they're good for maintaining the Location and exhaust effects, and good fodder for Raising Hell and Academy.
You see with Hellfire Club there is so many ways to go and with the different characters and tutors I could go any which way. And the army characters,to me, are just not worthwhile.
