is there a way to change the card data the the VSed program reads?? i cahnged all the cards for OCTGN to not have the tilde in the name, but use commas.

and i changed all of the payments -> and >>> to >>, because that's what another program i used uses.

there are also a lot of cards with @ in the name instead of <>.

then i added multiple copies of some cards, so that in OCTGN my firend and i can use both versions of thor, god of thunder, emma frost, friend or foe, and plastic man, eel o'brien.

i've also made cutom art versions of a lot of cards that my friend and i use against each other.

is there any way for me to make VS read the same way??

Edit the .mdb file in your VSed install directory.

If you know SQL, it should be easy enough.

well crap... sql i don't know.... i can learn languages real well.

it there an ap that's best to open it with... i tried notepad like i use for everything last week, but it's just crazy garble. i can barely tell what's what in there.

thank you for your help. knowing that it was SQL i needed to look into i managed to find that i needed access and got my cards looking like i want them to in VSed.

i've managed to make all the cards that were there to look how i want, but i can't seem to get my custom cards into the list.
i added the set number to the set text file, added a card in the mdb file and added the new set in there too, and it won't show up in VSed at all. any suggestions??

In the cards table, are you giving them a CreatureID and a SpelltypeID?

yeah, 245 for SpellTypeID and 2250 for CreatureClassID it put the CardSetID at 457 automatically when i tried to make a new set.

Make sure that the following fields have values. It's tableName.Fieldname.
